Description
Op de vakantie boerderij zijn drie volledig ingerichte appartementen. Deze liggen om een mooie binnentuin en hebben ieder een aparte ingang en privé terras met veel privacy. Er is een zwembad van 4 bij 8 meter met eigen terras waar de gasten gebruik van kunnen maken in de maanden mei tot en met september.
De STUDIO is geschikt voor twee personen. Er is een groot woongedeelte met een ruim tweepersoonsbed, comfortabele stoelen, een eethoek, televisie en DVD speler, kasten, kapstokken en een houtkachel. Er is een aparte, volledig ingerichte keuken met tweepits gasstel, magnetron, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat en waterkoker. De badkamer heeft een douche, toilet, bidet en wastafel.
Er is de mogelijkheid tot gebruik van een wasmachine en drooglijnen. Handdoeken, bedlinnen, keukendoeken en drinkwater zijn inclusief.
Het dorpje Alcuéscar, met restaurants en cafés, ligt op drie kilometer. Hier kun je er terecht voor de dagelijkse boodschappen in de goed gesorteerde supermarkten. Er is een bakker, een ambachtelijke slager en winkeltjes. Op vrijdag is de wekelijkse markt, met een keur van verse groenten, fruit en streekproducten zoals kaas en vleeswaren
De finca ligt direct langs de Camino de Santiago en de Via de la Plata. Er zijn enkele restaurants op 850 meter afstand van de finca, evenals een tankstation waar men ook vers brood en streekproducten kan kopen.
Honden en paarden zijn welkom, maar wel graag vooraf vermelden. Paarden kunnen in de wei grazen.
Het natuurhuisje is een ideale uitvalsbasis om Cáceres, Mérida, Trujillo en Guadalupe (historische steden) te bezoeken. Voor de natuur zijn er natuurparken (bijvoorbeeld het Montfragüe National Park) en verschillende stuwmeren (Proserpina, Orellana). Er zijn veel wandel- en fietsroutes vanaf de finca, die door valleien, heuvels, bossen en moerassen en meren gaan.
Ondanks dat de finca slechts vijf minuten rijden ligt van de snelweg Cáceres-Mérida (A66), is deze in het geheel niet te horen of te zien.
