Mizo Villa, a modern breezy waterfront vacation perfect for 2 couples or a family with two children.

Welcome to Mizo Villa located on the south shore of Providenciales in Cooper Jack Bay. Approximately an 8 minute drive from the airport, this unique location offers stunning south side ocean views across a private shallow bay.

Mizo Villa offers our guests a 2 bedroom bungalow of 3,000 square feet on the same level. Both bedrooms are identical and on opposite sides of the villa for privacy. Each have very comfortable queen size beds and ensuite bathrooms. The bedrooms are bright and airy with two windows to let the natural breezes blow through or, if needed, each has its own air conditioning unit.

The layout of Mizo Villa is all open space for the living room, dining area and kitchen. There are 2 sliding doors in the living area that provide views of the brilliant turquoise waters beyond and access the 50 foot long covered deck at the rear of the villa. This will be a popular spot for preparing meals on the new Charbroil BBQ and dining outside is possible in virtually all weather.

The pool and patio area are on the end of the villa and designed for privacy from the front of the property. The pool is 12' wide x 24' long and 7' deep and in the sunshine most of the day. There is plenty of room to move the 4 lounge chairs wherever you like to catch the perfect angle of the sun and view of the turquoise waters.

Exactly one mile further down Cooper Jack Road, is Cooper Jack Bay Beach, a private little stretch of sand that leads down to the shallow calm waters of Cooper Jack Bay. Pack one of the coolers from the house, the folding beach chairs provided and enjoy an afternoon with your feet in the sand and floating in the salt water.

Mizo Villa is perfectly set up for a relaxing vacation with all of the amenities you will need, great views all day long and close to everything Providenciales has to offer without the hustle and bustle of the resort strip.
