Description

The 2room apartment has sea view from both the sitting+sleeping room as well as the common balcony. Appropriate for families.The nearest beach is right in front of the building. Shopping, bars and fun opportunities in the building and few meters far.

The Sea view from all rooms and the balcony and it's central location makes the apartment very attractive for families looking for a relaxing holiday.

Guests have access to kitchen with all necessary dishes and accessories, coffee machine, water boiler etc. We provide each guest with sheets, towels, and, when needed, information and assistance. A cleaning lady or further services are provided upon request and will cost the guest an extra fee.

Before you book and until the check-in time, we will be happy to communicate per email to arrange all necessities and answer your questions. Per email we are able to communicate in English, German, Russian, Italian and of course Albanian.

On your arrival you will meet with the manager of our apartments who lives in the same city and will be available to help you in case that you will need something.

The apartment is located in the middle of the main promenade of the city and also in front of the only city beach so that you can go to the beach during the day and enjoy the rest of the day and night as well. Just in front of the building there are plenty of play opportunities for the children of any age. Young and old can enjoy their walk in the promenade (which goes along the seashore) or have a drink or eat fresh mediterranean food in any of the bars or restaurants of the promenade, the main touristic attraction. The location of our apartments offers you all this.

The bus station with which you can go to visit other attractions such as the Butrinti ancient city or the Ksamil islands, is only a few meters distance from the building.

Taxi is also an option as in Albania it is still very cheap. If you don't want to call a taxi, the nearest taxi station is only a few meters away.

You can travel to the Greek island Corfu by fairy. It takes only 20 minutes to one hour (depending on the boat that you will take) to get to Corfu. Saranda harbor is around 15 minutes walking distance from the apartment. In Corfu is also the nearest airport. The alternative airport is in Rinas, Tirana.

In the same building we owe two apartments next to each other which is a perfect option to accommodate a group of people. A maximum number of persons that can be accommodated in both apartments is 12. So, should you be interested in this option, just ask us about the availability.

You can rent a car or take a taxi to visit different sightseeing places. Saranda and its surroundings are very beautiful. Many places are highly recommended to tourists. If you only want to chill at the beach, them you don't need a car. This because all what you need is in a walking distance.
