Description

It's a fully furnished 2 bedroom condo unit in a resort-inspired mid-rise condominium, Magnolia Place. Strategically located along Tandang Sora Avenue.

It can accommodate up to 5 persons max.

After a long day roaming around the city, you can come home and comfortably lounge in the living area with an L-shape sofa, flat tv with abs-cbn digital box, telephone and wifi. You also have access to the kitchen completed with cooking utensils, cutlery, gas range with range hood, kettle, refrigerator, microwave oven to prepare for a sumptuous meal.

There's a double sized bed good for 2 persons. The second bedroom with a bunk bed and an extra foam for 3 persons. Both rooms are airconditioned. Clean bedsheets, towels, and roll tissues are also provided.

Parking is limited with an additional charge of 150php to be paid directly to the Property Management Office.
