beautiful duplex apartment with roof terrace and private pool. consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, you can eat friendly by the pool and enjoy a beautiful view of the canals. four bedrooms, one with bathroom (+ a common) are equipped with double beds * in 80 and 90 (or beds separated or assembled in 160 or 180) * motorized beds or lift. Two private parking spaces are available at the foot of the residence. there is also a shared pool of 4/10 on the ground floor in common. the beach is 700 meters, shops nearby.

How do damage deposits work?

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
