A whole beach villa surrounded by a tropical garden bordering a white sandy beach a short swim from the reef. A large villa for the price of a bungalow! why book a hotel room or a bungalow when you can have a whole villa? Consisting of a huge living room, 3 bedrooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with hot shower), furnished with rosewood furniture and a porch overlooking the Indian Ocean sunsets. the villa Strengths: 1) E 'on the beach 2) built masonry not falafa! (piccili the animals do not enter the house) 3) 2 bathrooms ... when you are more than 2 people is very comfortable to have 2 toilettes! And 'suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. Caretaker / gardener on site 24h / 7d and Mr. Bruno Emiliozzi that if you want it, it will be your "holiday personal trainer". You can arrange tours, excursions, boat trips and all those additional services that will make your holiday unforgettable. On request: cook, waiter service, daily cleaning, laundry, assistance to shopping and purchasing of ingredients to have your breakfast and meals sitting out on the porch in front of a lagoon with a thousand colors in a short swim from the reef. If you want to self-manage your vacation you will enjoy complete privacy.

On request we can offer a service and custom security on arrival in the capital of Madagascar (ANTANANARIVO). Arriving at night in a city that you know can not create anxiety Our agent (speaks French) will pick you up at the airport in Tana (day and night) and will arrange transportation to the hotel you have chosen. It will inform the bank exchange rate and that of the local exchange (sometimes there is not much difference) and will assist in the change. It accompany you to purchase a prepaid phone SIM card for your smartphone for phone calls (even international) cheap and for surfing the internet. It will care for shopping in the colorful markets of the city.

Interaction with guest

Mr Bruno Emiliozzi (speaks Italian, French, English) will take care of you from your arrival to your departure. We will pick you up at Sainte Marie (at the airport or boat) and escort you to the villa to explain its features. You will pay for your specific needs and the demand for additional services. SERVICES: We have studied a proposal for services more to make more comfortable your vacation. For example: 1) Cook and waiter service meals 2) laundry 3) daily cleaning 4) organizing tours of 2 bike islands, motorbikes, cars, canoe trekking 5) whale safari (season) 6) fishing by boat or trolling 7) about night life and local customs

But The villa is equipped with electricity produced by photovoltaic solar panels with accumulation so guests will have electricity at 220 volts night and day. Per quanto riguarda il WiFi siamo consapevoli che oggi è un servizio che non può mancare; purtroppo le reti mobili non arrivano ancora in questa splendida isola dell'oceano Indiano con una velocità adeguata per dare un servizio WiFi efficiente ma ci dicono che stanno lavorando e che in un prossimo futuro saremo in grado di dare anche questo servizio.
