Description

its a new villa building that has 5 rooms and with all 5 private bathrooms .

A spacious modern & traditional look furniture living room in the ground floor and small living room in the 1th floor with Three Bedrooms & Private Bathrooms in Each Room

Also, a traditional Omani living room on the 2nd floor with 2 Bedrooms with Private Bathrooms in each room

I provide Weekly, monthly and yearly basis rent which the price include Total Water , Electricity , WiFi and Maid Cleaning Services . ( I Dont Provide Short stays )

All of the Rooms that i offer are private bedrooms with private bathrooms.

Of course you can use the kitchen whenever you want to cook or to do a meal and coffee

Please dont use the ingredients and materials of the kitchen

You can cook only and use the cooking equipments only !

there is a lot of activities and things you can do near by and the place is near to everything : 5min walk to starbucks 10min walk ATM machines 10min walk to kargeen 10 min walk to subway, costa... 10 min walk to pavo real Mexican restaurant 10 min walk to Al fair and supermarkets 15min walk to the shatti al qurm beach and Al masa mall 8 min walk to Oasis mall 10 min walk to petrol station (Oman oil ) 15 min walk to Shatti Cinema 15 min walk to Omantel Sim Card Shop Masa mall has a lot things include from Electronic shops , Smartphones Repair shops , Bowling playing center and Food courts etc.. Oasis Mall is a big mall that include all type of fashion modern clothes and different kinds of style form shirts, jeans, shoes , etc..

i respect my guests privacy but I love interacting with my guests and i would love to give you a tour in muscat and show you the most beautiful places in my town and i can arrange a pick from the airport or i can pick you from the airport myself as i work there. I love to keep my place clean as am sure you have a place of your own, so please treat my place that same as you treat yours as far form noises ,am sure nobody likes to make noises and we have respectful neighbours around..and if you need anything or have any questions, please am always there and dont hesitate to contact. As i want the best staying and holdiays for my guests.
If you would like to smoke there is a terrace on the 2nd floor open to smoke or outside the house
