Freshly renovated and modern holiday home "Holiday RW1" with 80m² in 1st floor for 1-4 persons. In about 5km away is the summer toboggan run (length downhill 1000m) and climbing Wald Michelbach and in the opposite direction about 3km away of the trolley station Mörlenbach is located (electric hand car and driving distance about 10km). The apartment is located in a quiet residential building with a total of 3 apartments (apartment upstairs RW1, RW2 in DG u. Helga holiday home on the ground floor). Access via our private road. Suitable for children over 10 years. With reservation desire with children under 10 years, I ask for prior contact. Smoking is allowed in designated areas below: Entire land, covered balcony u. Loggia. Smoking in the rooms is not allowed. Choose according to your needs. 2 bedrooms are available for a total of up to 4 guests. Room 1 for 2 persons (about 14m²) with balcony access (Covered around 8 square meters, access corridor). Take off the seat and you get a spacious sunbathing area about 120 x 250 cm. In the pull-out storage box are blankets for chilly days.
