Description

A modern recently refurbished 1 bed apartment that can sleep 4 with sea views. The apartment comes fully furnished and has air conditioning in both the lounge and bedroom. The apartment is situated on the ground floor with its own private terrace/patio area overlooking the communal pool and sea views. The terrace and pool area are south facing and get full sun all day long. Perfect for the average sun worshiper! The apartment is situated in an ideal location being part of a small private and quite block, and only a short walking distance of 10 minutes to the beach and main shopping area's and restaurants. The apartment is also only a 15 minute drive from the airport.

The lounge has a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two. The shower room is newly fitted and the kitchen is also newly fitted with modern appliance's and marble worktops. The apartment has a 32" TV with the full Sky TV package and Wi-Fi internet access.

Overall this is a lovely private apartment in a great location that has every comfort a holidaymaker could want.

We take our guests’ comments very seriously and we always strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We would like to apologise for the inconvenience caused by the fumigation process that was carried out prior to your arrival. This was a necessary measure to ensure the health and safety of our guests, as this is a process carried out every six months. However, we acknowledge that we should have done a better job of cleaning and airing the property afterwards, and we have taken steps to improve our quality control and housekeeping standards. We appreciate your compliments on the quiet complex, the great terrace, and the sheltered location of the property. We agree that it has a lot of potential to be a hidden gem, and we are working hard to make it so. We have already just completed the renovation project to repaint the bedroom walls, replace the bedding, and update some furniture and appliances. We hope that you will give us another chance to host you in the future and show you the improvements we have made. Thank you for choosing our holiday apartment and we hope to see you again soon. “Cracking apartment”

Spent 9 days here in November, the apartment is small but has everything you need including a washing machine, wi-fi, hairdryer, lots of English TV channels. The pool isn't heated but we swam in it everyday, it's cleaned regularly and there are plenty of sun loungers. The Spar supermarkets are a short walk away on the way to the beach, well stocked and good prices. Lots of restaurants on the front, our favourite was L'Italiano. This was our first time in Lanzarote and we loved it.
