Belle Villa de standing classée 5 étoiles/piscine chauffée à St Gilles les Bains

Disposant d’un emplacement idéal à Mont Roquefeuil « Le Badamier blanc » est une grande maison de 180 m², classée 5 étoiles, pleine de charme et de paix située à quelques minutes en voiture de la station balnéaire de Saint-Gilles-les-Bains à proximité de tous commerces (1 mn à pied du Carrefour Market) dans un quartier réputé pour son micro climat ensoleillé.

Internet haut débit (fibre optique) offrant télévision smart et internet par wifi dans la totalité de la propriété : Très agréable de consulter internet sur le lit d’extérieur ou dessous la pergola

Intérieur : 5 chambres climatisées décorées avec goût, lits de 160x200 (capacité totale maximum de 12 personnes + 1 enfant). Matelas très confortables.

2 salles de bain avec douches à l'italienne, 2 WC (un chaque étage).

Une table à manger.

Cuisine tout équipée : hotte aspirante, four électrique, plaque de cuisson à gaz, micro-ondes, lave-vaisselle, presse jus, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière à filtre et Nespresso, autocuiseur, grand réfrigérateur congélateur de 304 litres avec distributeur d'eau et tout le nécessaire de cuisine… Un salon en cuir face à une télévision smart de 120 cm avec programme satellite (Zeop). Un salon à l’étage. Machine à laver, aspirateur, fer et table à repasser, sèche-cheveux, trousse premier secours, balai...Equiper de tout le confort nécessaire d'une belle maison de standing.

Extérieur : A l’étage une terrasse avec deux fauteuils pour apprécier une superbe vue mer et montagne. Au rez de chaussé sous une belle pergola face à la piscine en ardoise chauffée en hiver.

Une cuisine extérieure avec un grand évier, une plancha, un trépied gaz et un barbecue à charbon, 2 tables à manger, 2 salons d'extérieur. Une douche extérieure, un WC extérieur. 2 fauteuils créoles pour admirer la vue montagne, Un beau lit d’extérieur, plusieurs transats.

2 places de parking intérieurs, un petit jardin.
