Vista Cay is located in the newly developed area behind International Drive, at the heart of Orlando's Attraction and Convention Business District, Our location and accommodations have the Best of what Orlando has to offer at a modest price. Conveniently close to all of the greatest attractions, shop and restaurants, but removed just enough to provide you with a peaceful getaway.

9 minutes to Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure (directly down Universal Blvd, no turns!)

5 minutes to Sea World. (You can see the fireworks from this Resort!)

*Parking up to 6 cars during your stay, Electric Vehicle EV Charging Stations Available on property for a low fee via ChargePoint and another Service.

*Unlimited Access to all of the Resort’s Amenities including: Large Resort Pools (2 Pools, Heated during the winter months), Hot Tubs (2), Full Pool Bar, Fitness Center, 1.5 mile Jogging Trail Around the Lake, Conference Room Available on First Come First Serve Basis, Arcade Room, Kiddie Pool, Showers and Changing Rooms, Basketball Court, Picnic Areas with BBQ Grills.

*Gated Community with On Site Security Patrol

*High Speed Internet Wifi and Cable TV in Every Room! (All rooms have flat screen TVs! At least 32 inches in the bedrooms, and over 42 inches in the Living Room.)

PET POLICY

Vista Cay Community HOA allows dogs under 35 lbs only. (No other types of pets are allowed to stay at Vista Cay)

Pet fee is $25 a day + tax / per dog, up to two dogs maximum permitted per unit. (Some booking sites require a set fee of $75 per pet regardless of length of stay.)

The maximum charge per pet, per stay, is $150 + tax each. $300 + Tax Maximum for 2 pets.

For example: A 3 night stay with 1 pet will be $75 + tax. A 3 night stay for 2 pets would cost $150 + tax. Any stay 6 nights or more will be a max charge of $150 + tax per pet.

This fee goes to the cleaning company to perform the deep cleaning required for the health and safety of future guests.

Any potential incidental damage caused by said pet(s) will be the responsibility of the guest of registration and will be charged to the credit card on file.

Service animals may stay for no additional charge.

Pet fee is still required for all ESA dogs.

If an unauthorized pet is discovered, a $250 charge will be added to the guests credit card on file for pet friendly units or potential immediate cancelation of reservation and no refund for no pet friendly
