Description
An Air conditioned Town house complete with wifi, with a private garden, in Pueblo Andaluz complex situated in stunning communal grounds; Large quite Swimming pool with garden area ( open end of May to September) ,2 tennis courts, private parking; 250m to beach, 300m to golf club house; Close to many shops, Tapas bars, sports bars and good restaurants.
This is an Air conditioned house comprising the living room with double sofa bed. The house has UK TV via satellite . Spanish HD TV and hundreds of dvd's along with wifi. Netflix and Amazon prime
The kitchen downstairs is fully equipped with full size oven, 4 hob, microwave and washing machine.
Upstairs is the bedroom has 2 single beds with upstairs balcony. The bathroom has a full size bath with shower above.
. It is a really cozy house with its own terrace leading from the bedroom overlooking the private court area, giving a secluded private outdoor living space.
The house is steps away from the large swimming pool with a large grassy area for enjoying the sun.
The whole of the house has been refurbished with a newly tiled floors on the ground floor and upstairs.
The gated complex is of an old Andalusian village style. The house is only 400 meters from the beach and 250 meters from all restaurants. tapas bars and shops.
The house is very easy to get from the airport, the agent can arrange a transfer where the driver is awaiting for you in arrivals, takes you directly to the house, hands you the keys and helps with luggage. Travelrepublic can also arrange transfers.
The house has a safe for storage of valuables. I have my own covered parking space in a secure parking area.

This review gives a perfect description
I want to begin by saying how helpful and readily available the owner was from the point of first showing an interest in this property in January This helpful spirit continued right through booking and our stay at Roquetas. Email welcome messages etc were a great sense of reassurance that your custom was valued by the owner. Paul the gentleman who runs the CMS property company that looks after the villa locally could not have been more helpful and friendly reminding us that if we needed anything he was literally just around the corner. We are a family of five so were a little concerned that we might find the property too small...not the case...Having a very pleasant courtyard/patio area was perfect for the family to eat outside and to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the apartment complex. The villa had a lovely "whitewashed" Spanish feel...perfect for us and more than adequate for our needs. The location of this villa could not have been better....beside a supermarket, 3 mins walk to the beach and within no more than 5 minutes of a great variety of restaurants and bars. The kitchen was well equipped with all your needs for cooking for a family and had great supply of crockery...so many holiday rentals just have the basics...sic glassed etc etc....not this one...it has a great stock of everything for catering....ot was also good to have a really good charcoal bbq....this made evening's in very enjoyable. The aircon ...perfect and effective way of cooling both the upstairs bedroom and the living room. . The beds were another thing we were nervous about.....a double sofa bed can often be a let down; sofa beds are often not great...this sofa bed was excellent to sleep on....again better than what we expected for our daughters to sleep on. In the end it was so comfy we preferred it to the singles upstairs and made it our bed for the whole stay adult. It was good to have a fan supplied as an extra which helped to cool the sunroom at bedtime. The house has a very useful safe for locking away all your travel documents and cash/bank cards etc. All the entrance and exits to the complex are gated and locked which means the whole place seemed safe and secure for your stay. It was left very clean and tidy for our arrival. It was also good to have private car parking space in the complex gated carpark as it would have been difficult to fund a parking space on the busy streets around the villa...well done again! The pool was just 15 metres from the villa gate. The pool is just shy of 40 metres long and 20 metres wide....making it an excellent size for swimming lengths and the gentle exercise needed for those over indulgent evening's! There are a number of parasols around the pool area and plenty of lovely grassed areas for sunbathing at the pool. The pool benefits from great showers, toilets and a changing area.

“Great base to holiday in roquetos dear mar”
So near to beach and all bars and great tapas.We found the best was Tapas 20 which was just outside the small Spa shop.Great promenade to walk along and so clean.
