Description

Cozy Apartment, 65 sqm, NO SMOKING, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds)with fitted wardrobes and 2 complete bathrooms (one with bathtub and shower the other with cabin-shower) and one with the washing machine.

Large area of living-dining room with fireplace; unlimited and free WI-FI, a large modern TV (43 inches), DVD – (Blue-ray), and a sound equipment (Bluetooth-USB, CD, FM).

Very comfortable and well equipped kitchen with gas stove and electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster an others.

Large terrace with table and chairs of which it has direct access to the common pool area (water is heated) and the gardens of the residential complex. During the summer the pool is open until 20:00 - ideal to enjoy a refreshing swim after a hike.

Storage room for bicycles or skis and a parking space inside of the covered garage; in front of the house there also many parking spaces

Our apartment is very well located, having the mid-morning sun, in the afternoon we are in the shade which makes the temperature very pleasant throughout the day. Ideal for couples, friends or families (up to 4 people).

We have 3 rides bikes available to our guests, which arrive in less than 10 minutes by a beautiful and unfrequented road to the famous Villa de Benasque, with its ancient nucleus, of medieval air, one of the liveliest villages of The Huesca mountain where there is a wide range of leisure services, a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and all kinds of shops and businesses. Every Tuesday there is a market where they offer fresh vegetables and fruits, bread, cheese and artisanal sausages, fresh fish among others.

Linsoles, our urbanization, is very quiet, away from the main road, located in the midst of pure nature, surrounded by mountains of forests, the river Ereste and the Linsoles reservoir. A paradise for lovers of hiking, High Mountain trekking or mountain biking and everything coming from our house without the need to have to move. Ideal for athletes looking for new challenges, families with children of all ages or for the prolonged youth in search of relaxation, tranquility and beauty of nature.

Linsoles is: 2Km from Benasque (2 minutes by car, 25 minutes by foot or 10 minutes by bicycle)

Cerler the ski station is 6 km - 15 minutes by car, in the

Ski season there is bus service from Linsoles.

Eriste: beautiful village 10 minutes walking distances, with restaurant, bar and terrace.

The reservoir to 10 minutes walking - ideal in summer for a refreshing dip and a picnic enjoying the Pyrenean landscape on the shores of this beautiful lake.

Anciles beautiful medieval villa - where there is a beautiful restaurant with large terrace in the garden

Once you are in Benasque your first visit should be the Tourism Office where you will get great informations and maps From Eriste and Benasque there are buses connecting you with the different sights like Hospital de Benasque, Turpi, Les Riberets or the parking área of the Refugio Angel Orus .

House rules

We only accept pets if they meet the following standards
1) We charge an extra fee of Eur 45 per pet for the stay
2) The pets must be well educated = no young dogs !!! they have to sleep in their own bed and do not go up to the sofas, chairs or beds
3) Obviously they do their needs outside the house (not in the garden!) And their owners take charge in removing the waste correctly
4) Never pets are left alone in the house
5) The owners are responsible for any damage
