Luxury Vacation Home: Free Shuttle & Fantastic Water Park

We offer all our guests free crib, high-chair and Strollers; also free transportation within the resort and free to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld!

Resort staff is on-site to provide assistance to guests when needed. Owner and Our Property management are absolutely committed to guest satisfaction, and we are on call 24/7 if any questions/concerns arise before, during, and after your stay.

The villa is located just 6 minutes from Disney! It has private heated pool/spa with covered cage and patio. All are 5 ensuite with each bedroom with full private bathroom for sleeping up more than 14 guests with high speed Wifi (1 Gig/s) and full kitchen with Kitchenware/Utensils. Kids definitely love our ‘Star Wars' & 'Frozen' themed rooms. Welcome to our garage Game room & Movie Theater with the movie, XBOX, a Pool Table, an Arcade Game and an Air Hockey table.

The villa is in Encore Resort at Reunion with a world class AquaPark with 4 huge slides, of super fast racing slides, tube slides, a thrilling aqua drop slide and the Surfin’ Safari kids splash zone. Kids and Adults both love this fantastic water park. Also we provide attraction tickets (Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and more)

The several restaurants including one bar inside of the resort:

• The Bis Grill, located poolside, serves hamburgers, hot dogs, smoothies, wine by the glass and much more

• Finns Restaurant is a family-friendly, casual dining option offering delicious flatbreads, juicy burgers, sandwiches, fish, stir fry and other mouthwatering selections

You can fire up the barbecue for a tasty meal and enjoy the grounds when the weather's nice. Free private parking is available on site. There is a sitting area, a dining area and a kitchen equipped with two dishwashers. A flat-screen TV is featured. Other facilities include a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor pool and games (a movie theater and X boxes are coming soon). You can play tennis at the property, and the area is popular for golfing. Disney's Boardwalk is 6 miles from the villa, and Epcot is 6 miles from the property. The nearest airport is Orlando International Airport, 20 miles from the villa.
