Maison F2 moderne toute neuve ainsi que le mobilier de qualité.
Intérieur lumineux spacieux et très fonctionnel. Logement spécialement conçu pour satisfaire les vacanciers en attente de confort, de détente et d'une très belle vue pour admirer les couchers de soleil après avoir passer la journée à découvrir l'île et profiter de ses nombreux atouts.
Logement situé dans un quartier calme au bout d'une impasse, à 350m d'altitude pour être à l'abri des fortes chaleur, besoin ni de chauffage, ni de clim.
Tarif dégressif : 380€ une semaine, 330€ la deuxième semaine et 300€ la semaine supplémentaire, sur la base d’un mois.
Le site ne prend pas en compte les tarifs dégressifs, si le montant de votre réservation diffère des prix affichés merci de le signaler, on modifiera le devis à la baisse.
Minimum 5 nuits.
Le logement :
Portail automatique, une place de parking juste à côté du logement.
Vous y trouverez : une piscine commune, une cuisine moderne équipée, fours, lave vaisselle, frigo, plaques à induction, grille pain, cafetière, table à manger…TV, internet, lit Bois 160, canapé- lit dans le séjour, lit parapluie à la demande, lave-linge, fer + table à repasser, linge de maison, salle de bain et WC séparés, douche italienne, double vasque…et bien sûr un salon d'extérieur sur la terrasse pour pouvoir profiter de la vue et admirer les couchers de soleil.
Fumer est interdit dans le logement, la terrasse est appropriée pour cela.
Une caution sera demandée sur place (un chèque qui ne sera pas encaissé bien entendu).
Pas de contraintes du samedi au samedi, c'est vous qui décidez des jours d'arrivée et de départ en fonction des disponibilités.

Response from the owner Merci pour votre commentaire. Juste quelques remarques. Effectivement, le logement est niquel, rien à dire. Il ne s’agit pas d’un gîte mais d’un meublé de tourisme. Concernant notre discrétion, c’est un point que les locataires apprécient généralement. On ne veut pas s’imposer, tout dépend des locataires. Il y en a qui montrent un désir de contact et ça se passe très bien généralement autour d’un apéro. D’autres montrent un désir de discrétion et ça se passe très bien aussi.
