Description
LaCaye villa is a beautiful waterfront villa. Our four-bedroom villa offers the serenity of a secluded villa with the convenience of being only minutes away from Ocho Rios and a number of attractions. The villa brings outdoor living indoors with its open living room which overlooks the lap pool and colorful garden. The pool is 31/2 feet deep in the shallow end and 10 feet deep in the deep end. Each bedroom has an air conditioning unit and for rainy days there's a television in the family room. The villa has wifi.
On-premises is a caretaker who will be able to help with questions and logistics as well a cook who will prepare mouth-watering breakfasts and dinners. Light housekeeping is also provided.
There are cameras that monitor the perimeter of the propriety. The cameras cover the front yard and driveway as well as the storage area behind the pool. There are cameras inside the house or in any other area where guests would be. There are no cameras in the courtyard, on the terrace, in the outdoor shower, or in the backyard, including of course the pool.
