BEACHCOMBERS' PARADISE: Enjoy spectacular sea views from our recently renovated fully furnished secluded beachfront house. This 4 bedroom single story 2000 square ft. ranch style house is situated just 40 feet from the water’s edge on a secluded reef protected sand beach. This rare getaway is all about relaxation, tranquility and the ultimate in privacy, yet water adventures are footsteps away. The home is located on the north shore of Little Cayman in the center of Mary's Bay less than 1/2 mile west of Mary's Cut. Our reef is only a 100 yard swim from our beach. You can also snorkel and fish right from the beach. You can enjoy miles of private walks on isolated sand beaches stretching west.

FREE WI-FI AND PHONE SERVICE: Rates include FREE Wi-Fi internet, local land line phone service and Magic Jack phone service for FREE long distance to the US and Canada. Your friends, relatives and business associates back in the US can also call the house toll free from the US. So even though you are AWAY FROM IT ALL you can still be in touch and conduct business if you wish. There is basic ROKU 3 internet TV service and NetFlix that can be viewed on the new a Samsung 32' HDTV (2/2015) with DVD player. There is also a stereo with Bose speaker you can play your music from your iphone or other portal device.

LICENSED BY THE CAYMAN ISLANDS DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM and PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED AND MAINTAINED: This property is licensed as a class A tourist accommodation by the Cayman Islands Department of Tourism. Although we (the owners) handle all bookings, Beachcomber’s Paradise is professionally maintained by Little Cayman Property Management which is headed by Marc Pothier. Marc has decades of resort and vacation property management experience in the Caribbean and has been the manager of the Paradise Villas resort on Little Cayman for the past 16 years. Upon arrival, you will be met at the airport and transported to the house for an orientation. On your departure you will be taken back to the airport if needed. Marc and his team are also on island and available 24/7 if and when needed.

VEHICLE RENTAL (There are Only 3 Rental operation Options) 1. Little Cayman Rentals. Operated by Carla Reid, this is the largest of the three options for renting a vehicle. They are walking distance from the airport. Here are Carla’s vehicles and rates for 2015—she takes off 10% for weekly or longer rentals: 2. Bruce Miller. Bruce rents scooters only. For scooter, rental rates (November through June) Bruce will deliver scooters to the house or anywhere you want on the island.

Upon landing on Little Cayman, you will be greeted by our on-island management team. Depending on your arrival time and the arrangements you have made for vehicle you will be taken to the car rental (McLaughlin is only 100 yards from the airport) and can buy some cold beer etc. at the liquor store or milk, butter, eggs etc. at the Village Square--- things you couldn't buy and get through security on Grand.  To buy COLD beer you need to take it from the cooler in the back of the store and put it in empty six pack carriers--it is slightly cheaper by the case.  If you arrive later than 6:00 you will need to wait until the next morning to shop.
