Description

Hunter Gleann is a 14 acre a rural resort style self contained accommodation in the heart of NSW wine country boasting panoramic views over olive groves and vineyards in all directions as well as views of Brokenback Mountain Range to the west from our hill top location. Wake to the serenity that abounds on this beautiful acreage.

Enjoy a stroll around the property surrounded by local wildlife including the resident Kangaroos. Head out on one of the many wine tours, enjoy fantastic food and wine or catch a concert from the many Aussie and international artist that visit the Valley. There are too many activities in the Hunter wine region to list.

The 5 Bedroom homestead is spread over one level with 3 bathrooms (1 ensuite.) The rooms have a combination of King, queen, double and single beds. Linen? Don’t worry about sheets, towels etc as we have you covered.

Enjoy the included linen and complimentary bottle of wine.

The Homestead includes central ducted air conditioning and a log for for the cooler months.

Did I mention that you can walk across the Paddock to Restaurant Botanica and Spa Anise at Spicers Vineyards Retreat?

The communal pool is a sensational way to unwind while enjoying the amazing views.

If you are venturing out to one of the many great Hunter Valley concerts the Rover Coaches can collect you and drop back to drive way (bookings required.)

Getting around

Most of the Hunter Valley attractions are only a short drive from Hunter Gleann. Why not book a local wine tasting tour or hire a bicycle from a nearby hire store. For meals, Restaurant Botanica is next door and only a short walk across the Paddock. For a great pub meal, The Royal Federal Hotel offers a pre-book courtesy bus service to and from Hermitage Hideaway.

We are available during your stay with help or advice. If we are not onsite, we are usually not far away so you can call us and we will be there. It is a working propoerty so we are usually around Monday - Friday tending to olive groves or packing olives for sale.
