Relaxing, 1-bedroom fully furnished condo with a captivating view of Abreeza Mall and Mt. Apo. It is located within Ayala Abreeza complex, 2-3 minute walk to Abreeza Mall ( shops, restaurants like TGI Fridays, Starbucks, money changer, food court, grocery, movie theaters). Gated w/ 24 hr security. Front desk staffed 24 hrs. They can call a cab for you while waiting in the beautifully decorated and air conditioned lobby.

A condo living in a hotel like setting. This place can accommodate comfortably up to 3 guests with full size pull out sofa bed, & queen size bed. But can fit a 4th guest on twin size inflatable raised air mattress.

Kitchen:

Equipped with built in 2 burners induction cook top, range hood, microwave oven, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge, pots / pans, & utensils.

Bathroom:

Heated water, & heated shower

Private Laundry:

Washer / dryer inside the unit.

It has 2 swimming pools: infinity pool & a children’s pool. Guest can use the pool for a nominal fee of P150.00 per person per use. It has a children play area (swing / slides), & lush garden on the 6th floor. It has a gym, but its use is restricted to property owners or to long term leasee of the property.

Getting around - Walking distance to public transportation including bus terminals to neighboring cities ( Tagum City, Digos City, etc). These terminals are located in the vicinity of Abreeza Mall. Front desk/reception is staffed 24 hrs, they can call a cab for you while you wait in the beautifully decorated and airconditioned lobby. Street Parking available.

Close to everything. All comforts needed. Clean and stocked. Pool was great. Very refreshing since it's covered.
