Description

Our 5 bed, 3 en suite Villa is situated on Mitra Road, with incredible views of the mountains. 20 minute drive to Robinsons mall or Honda Bay and 30 minutes to the center or Nagtabon beach. Its features include a private pool, paddling pool, basketball court, games room, in house cook and fiber optic WIFI

The space

When renting our property you will have full and private access to the following: 2 Pools and falls, basketball court, game room with darts and table football, board games and cards, fiber optic WIFI, BBQ, Cable TV, parking, fully equipped kitchen with oven, all bedrooms include A/C and king size bed, all bathrooms have water heater and rain shower, also we have a generator for any potential power interruptions. Hilltop Villa also boast beautiful mountain views and many outside seating areas to soak up the sun and enjoy the local wildlife.

Our property is in a quiet, relaxed area of Puerto princesa, 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk away from the famous Baker's Hill where you can try many local foods and delicacies also the wondrous night time firefly show where you are paddled down the Iwahig river learning about the local wildlife and witness thousands of fireflies. For the beach lovers Honda bay and it's scenic island hopping is only 20 minutes drive or for the surfers, Nagtabon beach is 30-45 minutes drive. All tours and transfers can be booked through ourselves or our caretakers.

We are located 25 minutes from the airport, we can arrange transfer to and from the property upon request. All tours and taxis can be arranged with our caretakers or ourselves.

We have our 2 lovely caretakers Cristy and Mar who live next door, they are available for cleaning, cooking and any other request you might have including booking tours.

Stayed for 4 days in this villa and everything is PERFECT! You can stay in the villa for the whole day!!!! I will definitely book again and recommend this villa to my friends and relatives.

My family and i use to stay at the villa and we had a horrible experience with the owner Sam she always look after money and she's not friendly and ask me some payments for the laudry thumbs down

Response from the owner Unfortunately you booked in many tours and decided to cancel last minute. We simply collected the money you owed to tour agencies and to learn that you just booked with someone else. Usually if you cancel within 24hours you won't get a full refund but we did collected what we were penalized. Secondly, the money collected was for the stains that you left on the bedsheets. I think you would be better suited on the hotels and not vacation rentals like ours.

How do damage deposits work?

If Sebastian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
