Description

Our apartment benefits from a large sun terrace with views towards the Mar Menor where you can relax and sunbathe in private should you choose to be away from the 2 pools which are situated directly below the main terrace. There is also a bbq on the terrace if you choose to take advantage of the outdoor cooking and dining whilst taking in the beautiful views. There are a further 20 plus pools situated around the resort to which you would also have access, so if you fancy a change of view why not have a wonder!!

The apartment has 2 bedrooms 1 double bedroom and one twin with 2 single beds. Each bedroom has access to the west facing terrace where you can sit, relax and watch the sun set into the hills in the distance. There is also a new addition to the resort in the form of a professional football training ground used by domestic and national teams from all over the world, there is a perfect view from the terrace if you wanted to watch the team training

sessions.

The apartment also has sofa bed which will sleep a further 2 and we would say suitable for children if you were a family of 4. We have set the apartment up for up to 4 people and provide towels and seating etc for 4.

Situated approximately 6 minutes walk from the town centre where there are a number of bars and restaurants for you to enjoy such as Clover, which is an Irish bar that shows sport on tv and Pinos another one on-site cocktail bar. There is also a 5 star hotel on site which has amazing restaurants and will allow pool access (which is chargeable) and a Spa.

We are also in close proximity to the local town of Roldan where are many bars and restaurants as well as shops and Supermarkets.

We feel this is a conveniently located apartment for peace and tranquility and well within walking distance for the all important evening entertainment.

With easy access to the golf course this is perfect if you are a keen golfer or just want a family break.

The beauty of the resort is you can have whichever type of holiday you choose... If you want quiet you can have it, if you want cultured you can visit some of the beautiful surrounding cities such as Cartagena or Murcia which are both within 30 minutes drive of the resort.

If you want a beach day there a too many beautiful beaches to mention them all but you can be on a beach next to the beautiful Mar Menor (pictured) in 20 minutes. If you want shopping then there is Dos Mares shopping Centre or our favourite La Zenia open air shopping Centre as well as the beautiful cities all within a 30 minute drive from the resort.

We also provide a guide within the apartment to some of the things we have discovered since we have been staying at the resort over the last few years, such as water parks, snorkel centres and some great places to eat all of which are to try and help you make the most of your time at La Torre and enjoy it in the best way of your choice.

A car is recommended.

Getting around

We would recommend a car to get around and explore the wider area such as beach visits or visiting the surrounding cities however if you are happy staying local there are plenty of things to do and places to eat and a car wouldn’t necessarily be essential.
