Description

This vacation villa is spacious, conveniently located in Ship Yard Plantation, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The kitchen is super equipped for your at home dining. The screened porch is definitely the right place to enjoy morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. It is quiet and private and open to nature and there is also an outdoor patio with barbeque grill and seating for sunning or dining. We are across the street from soft court Van Der Meer tennis facility, and the pool is just a 2 minute walk from the front door. There is a golf course in the plantation. Biking and walking paths are everywhere. Bikes on the beach are fantastic. Kayaks are available nearby. Nature walks are abundant on and off the island. There is great live music indoors and out all over the island. Dining out at any number of fantastic restaurants is a highlight of HHI. Be sure not to miss the local seafood. This is a relaxing get away with all you will need.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mark (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
