At the advertised rate of $55 per night, you will get a spacious condo accommodation for 2 to 4 guests at a Condominium in Eastwood City Quezon City Metro Manila, Philippines, we guarantee you will like it !

The condo unit has a master's bedroom with a queen bed that sleeps 2 guests, one extra room with a single/twin bed that sleeps 1 guest, and a guest/sofa bed in the living room that sleeps one or two guests.

We have flexible check-in if there is no conflict with check-out schedule with other guests/tenants.

The condo unit building is within and above the Eastwood City Mall complex - from the condo building, you could access the mall shops, boutiques, department stores, restaurants, entertainment, Starbucks coffee, 7-11, movies, laundry shops, etc.

Fully-furnished condo unit located in the high floors of a condominium; it has 70 square meters (750 sq.ft.) of space; with 2 t/b, new installed 2 brand new air condition units (2 HP Split AC unit and 1 HP window unit), full kitchen and dining (with electric range, refrigerator, full kitchen wares, full dining wares).

The condo unit has internet/Wifi servicer free of cost or included in the rental rate. One bedroom has queen bed, an extra room with 1 single/twin bed, and 1 sofa bed for 2 people: may sleep 3 to 4 people.

Condo unit has floor to ceiling glass windows all over the unit with views of Eastwood and Quezon City; also it has viewing balcony.

The condo building facilities includes a swimming pool, a gym, and a social/function room center for tenant use. It has four (4) units fast and newly installed elevators.

The condo building parking is right below the building or Eastwood Mall (renter shall pay parking approximately $3 to $20 for 24 hours if you park a car in the parking garage).

Eastwood City in Quezon City/Manila is approximately 25 to 30 minutes to/from the airport.

Eastwood City has everything you need - mall shopping, restaurants (regular and fine dining), movies, supermarkets, 7-11, laundry shops, boutiques, offices, schools; close to SM Mega mall, universities, others. Eastwood City is the place to live in QC or Manila (safe, secure, and luxurious).

The condo unit can be rented for shot-term or long-term basis. Long-term rentals requires minimum of six (6) months at $1,200 (P62,400) inclusive of internet, cable, water and electricity. Electricity has maximum allowance of $100 or P5,200 per month, any excess amount shall be paid by the tenant.

Getting around Eastwood City is via walking or via the free shuttle that goes around Eastwood or to other Megaworld townships in Manila - Resort World and Casino, Entertainment City (Casino), Market-Market, Newport City and others.

Interaction with guest

On check-in day, I/Jackie will wait for the guests/tenants in the condo building lobby/reception, do a walk-through in the condo unit and facilities, answer in any questions, and hand the condo unit keys. Free internet/wifi We are accepting Long-Term Rentals (6 months or longer): $1,200 (P62,400) per month inclusive of water, cable, internet and electricity. Electricity has maximum of $100 (P5,000) and anything in excess shall be payable by the tenant.
