Description
Available to rent is my 1 Bedroom Apartment in the heart of Benalmadena, on Spain's Costa Del Sol. Although 1 bedroom, the flat sleeps 4 with a King Size bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed in the lounge.
The flat is well equipped including TV, Stereo, Iron and Ironing Board, hair dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen has everything you need including Oven, Hob, Microwave, Large Fridge Freezer and everything else you'd expect. The apartment has WiFi available on a pay as you go basis which costs about 1 euro a day and if WiFi is accessed then UK TV is available through a Kodi box.
The flat is Located in the Agata Community which is within easy walking distance to Shops, Bonanza Square with its bars and restaurants, the beach and the very popular Marina.
There are pools in the communal gardens although please note the pools are not open all year round.

“Couple holiday”
Nice location, 10th floor, dark and the balcony is enclosed. The main problem for me was the Wi-Fi, I asked 2 days later I had an answer which was to late. I did ask at the reception and actually it was a good so Wi-Fi 5 euros for 7 days. The TV instructions didn’t work or maybe they did and it wasn’t working. And I had no response to help with my TV question so we moved location after 2 days

“Great stay and value for money”
Lovely apartment in a big apartment complex. Only one pool was open, which was no problem. You can rent sunbeds but there are plenty of grass areas around to relax on too. Nice walk down to the beach but I'd recommend getting the bus back (the hill is something else). The apartment is located in a great area. Right beside a big supermarket, lots of nice little shops around and good places to eat. The train station is about a 10 minute walk away and it's easy to get into Malaga. We got the train out from the airport but got a transfer back. Would definitely recommend Mark's apartment.

“Brilliant time”
After reading some of the negative reviews I must admit I was hesitant but decided to try it for ourselves and I'm glad we did the apartment is in a fantastic location minutes from the train station and all the nightlife This apartment has everything you need and we had no issues as previously described in reviews The fully equipped kitchen was there not that we needed it as we eat out and a massive comfy I'd say king-size bed There is everything provided from a auto washer and a dryer to a hairdryer and the added bonus of a safe and WiFi and a pool We will definitely use this apartment again so once again thanks Mark we had a great time Tony Charlton

“Sunny benalmadena”
Apartment was as described in the advert. Spacious enough for the two of us. Everything there you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The balcony received the sun every afternoon and the views were lovely. The pool area was very well maintained with loungers with soft padded cushions for 2 euros. The wiffi was 10 euros for 10 days payable at a machine in reception. Plenty of bars restsuranrs close by. If you like a cocktail try the Dizzy Donkey down by the sea. They are amazing. Coast to Coast for a lovely meal. King of curries for and indian meal and Panda for a Chinese we would recommend. We had a lovely stay and would definitely use the apartment again.
