Our Place Are Located in One Oasis Condo Complex at EcoWest Drive. Ecoland Davao City Philippines. our unit is on the 4th floor with views all the the Amenities. This is One of the Newest Condo Complex's in Davao. Unlike other Rentals and Hotel's. there is no minimum night charge to stay.

You do not have to wait until noon to Check-in. You can Check-in upon whenever your arrival.

We are required a p10,000 pesos ($200 dollars) Security Deposits in Cash for damage and utilization. And it will be handed over to our property manager. What ever is left for the deposit will be returned on the Day of your Departure.
