Welcome to Villa Aura!

The exclusive and luxurious villa was newly built in 2017 and is situated at one of the most beautiful locations in the Croatian peninsula of Istria, embedded in the hilly landscape of the Kvarner Bay, between Mount Učka and the town of Medveja.

It features a timeless and elegant architecture, high-ceiling rooms and generous glass fronts with sliding doors to create a feeling of expanse, offering breath-taking views of the sea and the surrounding Kvarner island landscape.

The spacious villa with its private infinity pool expands over two storeys and more than 350 square metres and can accommodate up to ten people.

The villa

Amidst a beautiful natural landscape, built on an elevated hillside, the villa provides a high degree of privacy and a fantastic view over the sea and the surrounding coastline. The villa with its high-quality furnishings has been integrated perfectly into the Mediterranean hillside landscape and built on multi-level terraces.

The ground floor comprises the entrance area with wardrobe, the spacious living area with open fireplace, the dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, the library / TV room, the guest bathroom, a fitness room with Finnish sauna and shower, as well as a bedroom with en-suite bathroom.

A staircase built around the atrium leads to the upper floor with four bedrooms. The rooms offer a stunning view directly of the sea or the surrounding green landscape. All rooms have access to a balcony and a bathroom.

The living area leads to the spacious terrace area with lounge and dining area, which are the perfect place to relax. Two outside staircases lead to the pool area with the infinity pool, separate shower/toilet, outside kitchen, deckchairs and umbrellas.

The surroundings

In the direct vicinity, visitors can explore attractive destinations, such as the beach of Medveja, the city of Opatija or the Učka Nature Park, a variety of leisure activities, magnificent hiking and bicycle trails. Alternatively, guests can simply relax and enjoy their privacy at the private infinity pool.

The picturesque village of Medveja is only about four hundred metres away from the villa. The town is situated directly on the seafront and, aside from restaurants, bars and shopping facilities, it offers an idyllic natural pebble beach.

The region has countless hiking and bicycle trails and is thus the perfect destination not only for those looking for rest and relaxation, but also for nature lovers and active holidaymakers. The historic city of Opatija is situated approx. nine kilometres away. Here, guests can enjoy an abundance of leisure activities and a vibrant night-life. Other popular and attractive destinations include the near towns of Mošćenička Draga and Lovran.
