The Grey House is a 5 bedroom spacious home with 2 ensuites, 1.5 bathrooms plus a home theatre. Step down to the huge open-plan living area, giving a light and airy feel that is stylish and luxurious. The open plan area opens up to views of the Greg Norman designed, 18 hole championship golf course and the Bimbadgen winery.

Furnished with comfort in mind, you will have at hand, everything you need when away from home - all of the little things having been thought of.

And when you want to eat in, enjoy the large entertaining style kitchen with a butlers pantry. There is also a large entertaining area with a BBQ.

The estate has a pool, spa and gym. A restaurant, bar and grill is available on-site and within a short walk from the house.

Often kangaroos bounce close to the backyard - it's really beautiful to see these creatures in their natural environment whilst you could be sipping wine or entertaining beside the BBQ. The sun sets majestically at the back of the house, just perfect for when you would like to wind down.

The property is central to all that the Hunter Valley region offers. There are many boutique and commercial wineries on your doorstep and the Hunter Valley Gardens just an 8 minute drive away. Just a short walk from the house is the Bimbadgen cellar door.

Weekend - minimum 2 nights for up to 8 guests (adults or children) $1182 per night

Midweek - minimum 2 nights for up to 8 guests (adults or children) $887 per night

Extra adults are charged at $106 per person per night

Children aged 2-12 are charged at $64 per child per night

Infants under 2 are free.

Please note that a $40 booking fee is applicable for all bookings made.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A security deposit/bond of $1000.00 is required for your stay and is payable as a credit card pre- authorisation. This will be processed approximately 24 - 48 hours before your arrival, so please ensure the funds are available at this time.

NOTES

A 1-night stay may be accepted at discretion of Management within 14 days of the prospective arrival date. A surcharge is applicable on the 1-night stay, this will be calculated by our staff and quoted to you before the booking is confirmed.

Weekend Public Holiday, Easter, Christmas, and New Year periods require a minimum 3 night stay full weekend rate.

Concert and special event weekends in the Hunter Valley will have a set minimum night requirement to stay and may attract a surcharge.
