Description

SINA is a 33m2 apartment in front and on the ground floor of the residence. It consists of a 9m2 bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen / living room of 15m2. His corner terrace of 10m2 allows to enjoy the outdoors for a drink, a barbecue (electric weber) or just eat. Not overlooked, your peace and privacy are respected. Its assets: ideal for a couple with a child. The bathroom is nice and spacious. Everyone can watch the TV program because the two screens in 4K are equipped Dish and Netflix. The internet speed is provided by the optical fiber is still at least at 10O MO. The shower is Italian one jet with conventional shower, 1 jet of rain or one jet in cascade. The bedding is 180x200 shape memory. The sofa converts into a real bed because it has a mattress. Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of people present.
