This wonderfully decorated & well-loved villa overlooks the Beach Villas community pool and has limited ocean views from the exterior balcony and dining area. You can have your toes in the sand within 2 quick minutes from the front door of this villa. The tastefully renovated interior of The Magnolia is every bit as amazing as the villa's location. The Magnolia features a reverse floor plan layout with the living room, kitchen, dining area and spacious exterior balcony located on the second floor. The master suite and the queen suite -- each with access to a private patio -- are located on the ground floor and the twin suite is located on the third floor. Guests enter The Magnolia by locating 17 Beach Villas and walking to the front door from the parking area. Upon entering the home, you'll find the foyer that connects you to the master suite, queen suite, laundry room and spiral staircase to the second floor. On the second floor, you will find the living room, kitchen, dining area and half bathroom. Take the spiral staircase to the third floor to find the twin suite. Access the exterior balcony from the living room or dining area and the private patio from the master suite or the queen suite.

NOTE: This villa has one circular / spiral staircase from the lower bedroom and laundry level to the main living area and another circular / spiral staircase from the main living area on the second floor to the twin suite on the third floor.
