Compass Bay has easy access on Poinciana Blvd. in the Kissimmee area to major highways that allow for a short driving distance to all the fun in the Orlando area: Disney Parks, Legoland, Universal Studio attraction parks, Fun Spot, SeaWorld, Bush Gardens, NASA, and also beaches on both coasts. Enjoy and relax in this great vacation home or continue having fun on the community's facilities. There are two Gazebos with tot lot and BBQ's, and a heated community swimming pool just a few blocks away.
The ground floor encompasses an open-floor plan featuring a modern full-equipped kitchen, and the living/dining area, all with view to the open private courtyard with sitting area.
The upper floor consists of two Master Bedrooms with KingSize beds and en-suite bathroom. There are two other bedrooms, one with two TwinSize beds, and the other with Twin-Over-Full bed. On the hallway there is shared bathroom and the Washer/Dryer area.

“Dirtiest place I’ve ever seen”
You never seen dirt until you seen this place. Don’t let these pics fool you. It was also crawling with bugs. Wonder vacation homes treated us horribly. Message me if you want to see pics an… More

Response from the manager Hello Lori, Thank you for booking with us, I am sorry to hear that you had a challenging experience. However our inspectors make sure they check how the cleaners have done their job when preparing their property in order to meet our hosting standards. Also in such a case, when you have a cleaning issue, you could have reached out to us directly and we could have sent the INspector to double check everything for you, About bugs, Florida's climate is bug friendly, so we always do extermination and pest control frequently to all our homes so we can keep the bugs away. If you would have asked, we would have sent our handyman to do this pest control which is not harmful to humans. I am sorry for how you feel. I still wish you would have talked to us during your stay, instead of making the FB page and we would have been able to help you. Have a nice day!
