Welcome to Oasis Elegance, located in one of the most sought-after resorts in the Orlando area. This newly built 8 bedroom, 5 bath, private pool home is perfect for your family getaway. This home was designed to make sure you have all that you need when visiting the area. This spacious villa accommodates up to 16 guests with an amazing luxury furniture package, open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, kids bedrooms, New York motif game room, private home theater, and much more.

This lovely villa allows for easy entertaining of the family with its open floor plan in the common areas. Get the family together for a meal around the large dining table that has seating for 12, with 5 additional comfortable bar stools at the breakfast bar. There's room for everyone! There's a ample seating available on the large leather sectional that surrounds the 65" flat screen TV, with Blu-Ray player to gather around and watch your favorite shows. You can spend time together planning out the next few days worth of adventures or talk about how awesome the current day was.

Beyond the sliding doors is your own sparkling pool with spillover spa to cool off and relax your tired muscles from being out all day. Spending the day in the pool is also a great family activity if you need a rest from all the action. Enjoy snacks at the luxury outside seating area and laze about on the two cabana style loungers. More fun can be found in the arcade New York-themed game room, with pool table, air hockey, foosball, and a classic multi-game arcade machine.

Everyone will be comfortable in this villa with 3 master king suites and three more bedrooms with king-sized beds. The kids will have a blast in the themed kids' bedrooms. The loft area has a plush sofa with, two flat screen TV's one with Xbox one and the other with the PlayStation 4 gaming consoles so you can play your favorite games. Relax in the private theater and get comfy on one of the leather recliners and watch your favorite movie on a big screen.

Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa / Hot Tub to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.

The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.

Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted. If an alternative payment method cannot be used the booking will be canceled.

Please note it is not permitted to host parties or group events such as weddings in this vacation home.

The HOA of the vacation home resort community this home is located in has strict quiet time rules after 10:00 pm.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.

We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
