Perfectly situated, nestling in an elevated position, in the stunning white Andalucian setting of Punta Lara, Nerja, overlooking the beach and the Mediterranean, Casa Carolina is a lovely two bedroomed Fully air conditonded Self Catering Holiday Vacation Apartment, beautifully presented and furnished with everything you could possibly need for your holiday, at a very affordable price. The apartment has a large lounge, a large modern bathroom with bath and shower. There is also a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, and oven and hob. The Villa also has a free fast WIFI internet connection.

From the large furnished outdoor terrace, where you will no doubt be tempted to eat most of the time, you can enjoy wonderful views of the Mediterranean, and a dramatic backdrop of mountains that change colour constantly throughout the day, dependant upon where the sunlight rests on them.

Casa Carolina boasts a fantastic community swimming pool, with children's pool, just two minutes walk away. Set in tropical gardens, you can sunbathe, and enjoy good food, or a cooling drink at one of the two bars overlooking the pool.

From here, you can stroll down to one of the beaches within five minutes, and continue your stroll along that beach, stopping for a refreshing drink at one of the lovely Chiringuitos that serve fresh fish and paella daily. This same beach leads to the beautiful white old town of Nerja, with it's wonderful Balcon de Europa. Here you will find stunning views of the coastline and mountains, and the opportunity to relax in one of the pretty pavement cafes, that fringe the main square.

Many of our clients, once they have experienced Nerja and it's many wonderful features, return again and again. Nerja is truly the jewel of the Costa Del Sol.

Nerja old town, vibrant in summer, with it's lovely whitewashed streets,and of course, the famous Balcon de Europa and the beautiful square with it's white church, and many pavement cafes, and dotted with huge old trees for welcome shade! the views of this particular coastline are breathtaking and spectacular, and many people return again and again just to sit and take in the wonderful scenery.

The climate in Nerja is wonderful and really is the best in Europe. In the winter months, the temperature can be easily warm enough to sunbathe, and spend time on the beach, yet within an hour and a half drive away in the Sierra Nevada Mountains, you can spend the morning skiing on the slopes there.

Casa Carolina is spacious bright and airy with a large south-east facing terrace giving excellent views of the sea, mountains and Nerja town.

Set on the beautiful white urbanisation of Punta Lara, Casa Carolina boasts a fabulous community pool in a tropical setting, which is just two minutes walk from the property. The pool, is renowned in the area, as the best community pool in Nerja. It provides a permanent lifeguard, children’s pool and a wonderful bar restaurant which is open from May to October, providing excellent snacks and meals at unbelievable prices.

Patio furniture and sun-loungers are provided making the terrace a great place for outdoor dining or simply relaxing and enjoying the sunshine and the views. French windows lead into the very comfortably furnished lounge, (including a dining area). The American-style kitchen is well equipped for home cooking and dining with oven and ceramic hob, large fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, electric kettle and even a citrus juicer for making fresh juice from the locally grown oranges. Both the double bedroom and twin bedroom have sea views and plenty of storage. The lounge and both bedrooms are fully air conditioned which is included in the price. The large bathroom has a full size bath with shower and wash basin bidet and WC. The Villa is available for holiday lets throughout the year.Internet access is available at 15 Euros per week.

The property also has a beautiful studio apartment below which can be rented for extra people in your party, at a very reasonable price. This studio is also self contained and fully equipped with a full kitchen, and shower room etc. Both properties have separate entrances, and can be rented separately or together for those with larger families. If both properties are required a price can be negotiated. Both properties are available and ideal for long term rentals.

Nerja is awash with fantastic restaurants, from tapas bars aplenty, to the finest dining experiences. There are also fantastic shops, and bars and cafes, where you can sit and relax, and take in the many fantastic views. Nerja is truly a most beautiful Andalucian experience, and our clients return again and again......Activities

Golf is very popular on the Costa Del Sol and Baviera Golf Course is within 15 minutes drive.

Walking, Horse riding, Scuba diving and cycling are all available locally
