Cet appartement, situé dans une résidence paisible et sécurisée avec piscine, offre une proximité immédiate avec le Golf international de Saint Francois. Bénéficiez d’un accès direct à la marina, tout en étant à quelques pas des commerces et restaurants, ajoutant une dimension pratique à votre quotidien. Tout ce fait à pied .

La résidence *Les Boucaniers* est idéalement située, nichée au cœur de Saint-François, offre un accès privilégié à de multiples activités. A seulement 50 mètres de la plage, les sports nautiques vous attendent, et depuis l’embarcadère, vous pourrez explorer directement les îles de l archipel en bateau, découvrant ainsi la splendeur de La Désirade, Marie-Galante, Les Saintes et petite Terre. Une localisation idéale pour une expérience balnéaire inoubliable.

L’ appartement, situé au premier étage de la résidence, offre un espace de 40 mètres carrés ou le confort se mêle à la praticité.

Il comprend une chambre climatisée avec un grand lit (160x200) et un écran plat, ainsi qu un espace nuit avec 2 lits superposés (90x190).

La salle de bain est équipée d’une douche à l’italienne et de toilettes. Une cuve de 300 litres permet de palier aux coupures d’eau .

La cuisine est entièrement équipée d appareils tels qu’une plaque à induction, un four électrique, un micro-ondes, un réfrigérateur congélateur, un lave linge, un lave vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine, un grille pain, une bouilloire, une cafetière filtre ainsi qu’une cafetière à dosette Nespresso. Pour les plus petits, un lit parapluie et une chaise haute sont mis à disposition. Le linge de maison, le linge de lit et les serviette de toilettes sont fournis. L’ appartement dispose également de ventilateurs plafonniers dans la chambre et la cuisine, assurant ainsi une ambiance agréable tout au long de votre séjour.
