Apartment on the first floor of an old school full of light with plenty of space, 72 sqm and high ceilings 3.20 meters everything. The old school is located on a 5000 sqm of land with mature trees and landscaped garden which is available to them. The property is separated by the flow Olef the location and characterized in a rest position. You can go hiking in the woods or biking directly from the house. Discounter city loops in a 15 minute walk in 5 minutes to reach. Schleiden has a good infrastructure with several restaurants in all price ranges. The medical care with hospitals and physicians is available. Save Tenissplatz, indoor and outdoor pools and two golf courses nearby. Tips for easy Gigi ask. Have fun
