SEA VIEW WITH EXTRA EVERYTHING! This apartment is something out of the ordinary. The view when you open the five-meter-long folding doors to the terrace will leave you amazed. The sea is right in front of you and the town spreads out on both sides. You live literally on one of the city's main streets Av. Antonio Toretore. Third floor with elevator. Sovrumet has a king size bed, 160 cm, window onto a quiet side street. Floor heating and AC Large bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and underfloor heating. Living room with dining area and nice lounge part. Sofa, smart TV, wi-fi, speakers. AC. Exit to the lovely terrace where the sun shines all day. Kitchen with everything you need. Microwave, stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine. Nice and large pool area, open in summer. Parking is free on the street outside, but can be difficult to find in the summer.
