Description
Thierry and Karine welcome you in one of their two apartments type T2 for furnished holiday rental with a large swimming pool with unobstructed views of the sea and the François islets (one of the most tourist places of the Martinique). One of the two apartments has a beautiful sea view, the other side campaign. These stylish and new apartments are 15 minutes from the airport and the center of the island and to reach the beaches of the south and north with ease. Their location in the hills not only breathtaking views of the sea but also a very nice ventilation in the tropical heat. Also, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you to our beautiful property of Francis for your vacation. Each apartment has a click- clack for 1 or 2 children under 12 years old (additional charge).

Response from the owner Nous ne pouvons pas rester de marbre devant une telle critique. Il y a un tel écart entre les avis donnés par d’autres vacanciers et celui-ci, que nous comprenons clairement que cet avis est fait pour nous nuire, comme vous l’aviez d’ailleurs « gentiment » spécifié lors de votre départ. Nous tenons à disposition l’état des lieux d’entrée ainsi que les photographies du bar tel que vous nous l’avez laissé, ce qui sera de nature à assurer une meilleure compréhension aux futurs vacanciers. Il est fort dommage que vos insultes et vos menaces aient dérangé les autres vacanciers présents ce jour là. Aussi, nous pensons que c’est peut-être vous qu’il faut fuir et nous en informons de ce fait le site Tripadvisor pour nos confrères loueurs de gîtes. Vous aurez été notre mauvaise surprise de la saison. Petite précision, la chambre est munie de jalousies et la salle de bains d’une VMC mais tout cela ne compense pas l’humidité sur la Martinique comprise entre 58 et 65% actuellement.

If Karine (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
