The newly renovated, F **** certified, half-timbered house with comfortable facilities located on the sunny south-east slope in a quiet location above the center of the health resort Neuastenberg with direct, stunning views of the "Sauerland nature." Here you can sunbathe in peace, forget the everyday worries and relax in the swimming pool and the sauna area. In winter you can ski or toboggan runs directly from the house into attractive Postwiesen ski. For leisure playground, indoor tennis, indoor soccer and free climbing and a large indoor track in the holiday park are available. Your 79 sqm holiday home for up to 6 people. has 2 levels. Level 1 with a living room including a dining area with high chair and exit to the terrace with furniture, fully equipped kitchen, guest toilet and storage room; Level 2 has three bedrooms with one double bed and additional 1xBabybett, bath / toilet and storeroom. SAT / TV in the living room and bedroom, and radio / CD and DVD player. Community use of swimming pool (newly renovated), sauna, steam bath, bike and ski storage are free of charge as well as parking in the parking garage. Prices incl. Bed linen, towels and bath towels, dish towels, heating, electricity, water, Wireless excl. Tax (incl. Sauerland Card with many discounts). !! New WLAN infrastructure from August 2017 significantly improved connection quality in the cottage, and throughout the holiday park, and a broadband internet access !! The prices shown are for max. 4 persons and include towels, tea towels, bed linen, heating + water + electricity, WiFi, pool, sauna, parking. Costs for small children on request. Additional costs: - Refundable deposit 100, - € - Tourist tax (Sauerland Card) € 1.95 per day per person over 16 years - 5th + 6th Person each 15, - € / day extra costs All prices include VAT.
