Description

You can stay in our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” located in the prestigious gated

community of VILLA DE LAS PALMAS only 1 mile from the Marina and 2 miles from downtown San Felipe.

Our home is only 3 years old and approximately 3000 sq ft. One of the amenities includes a huge

terrace with breathtaking views. This gorgeous home is steps from the water with beach access. The

house has a single entrance which is then divided into two separate and private self contained units

with attached oversized garage.

THE LOWER unit includes 2 bedrooms, gourmet kitchen, 1 bathroom, living room, dining room and patio.

The master bedroom is fully furnished with a king-size bed. The second bedroom is also fully

furnished with a queen size bed. Both the kitchen and dining room are fully equipped. The living

room includes a convertible bed and satellite TV/DVD. This unit has a small private patio with a BBQ

and access to the oversized garage/laundry area.

The UPPER unit has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, living room, dining room and private

balcony. This unit includes two fully furnished master bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and

queen sized beds. The third bedroom also fully furnished has a set of bunk beds and a queen size

bed. Both the kitchen and bathrooms are fully equipped (amenities listed below). Enjoy amazing views

from every room on this floor. Table, chairs and BBQ on the large balcony are great for enjoying the

gorgeous sunrises every morning and a magnificent sunset from the terrace!

Our TERRACE has a 360 degree view where you can see the Marina, downtown San Felipe, a distant view

of the airport towers, gorgeous views of the desert and an endless view of the Sea of Cortez. This

HUGE terrace is furnished with tables, chairs a BBQ and a restroom.

Both units have central A/C, heating and fully equipped “Gourmet Kitchens”. Including but not

limited to, oven, blender, toaster, dishwasher, satellite TV with DVD/CD players. In the attached

oversized GARAGE you will find a washer and dryer plus plenty of room for your vehicles and or toys.

Just steps away on the beach the local “Refreshment Truck” comes to you! Serving a variety of

tropical drinks and ice cream, names just a few. They will bring you an ice cold pina coloda served

in your own coconut!! We hope you will take the opportunity to enjoy a truly relaxing vacation in

our “Home” away from home, “Casa Mar Vista” we know you too will fall in love.

“Vacation home”

We had a lot of fun, the home was very clean and friendly owner. My family really enjoyed all the amenities and we loved the top terrace with the grill.

Response from the owner Sovehida and her family were a pleasure to have as our guests they took care of our house like if it was their own, they are welcome to come back to our Casa Mar Vista anytime
