Description

For many families or a group up to 10 person, this villa-holiday home, is an inspired choice. I have many properties for rent in this area but this is my favorite.

A 4-minute walk to the sea and 1 minute to the pools, this villa is disposed on 2 levels: full kitchen with stove, fridge, full dishes for 10 people, open space living room with tv, armchair, extensible sofa for 2 persons, 2 dining areas inside and outside. The outdoor area is private and consists of a lawn with professional barbecue and a 10-seat dining area. The villa has 2 individual entrances and on the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower; 4 parking spaces reserved in front of the villa, very strong wireless internet network, daily housekeeping service, linen change and towels on request in included in this rates. Level 1: 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and balcony each, and 2 bathrooms with shower cabin. This villa is located in a private resort with: 2 swimming pools, playgrounds for kids, restaurant, bar, breakfast salon, terrace,pontoon. You have access to all the facilities of this complex.

Getting around

In front of the complex there is a bus stop. The minibuses run from 15 to 15 minutes.There is no need for a car for this area. The villa is in the center of Mamaia North area close to all the attractions of the area.

Interaction with guest

We know to respect the privacy of our guests and we are with them as many times as they need. There is a reception in the villas complex. From there you can quickly find information about the Mamaia North area or any other information they need.

House rules

You can smoke in the outdoor terrace area and the lawn or on the restaurant terrace. My requirements are not exaggerated; you can have fun but not so hard that you disturb the other tourists from the complex. For parties until the morning, the pontoon near the lake is valid.
