Immaculate 3 bedroom house in the lovely Duncan's Bay Beach community in the parish of Trelawny, Jamaica. Our Sunshine Villa is a private house equipped with a housekeeper to attend to your every need. We offer a luxurious stay and a point of departure for your excursion trips throughout Jamaica. Offering both garden and sea views, Sweet Sunshine Villa is just a 5-minute drive from Burwood Beach. It is a 1 minute drive and 10 minute walk from the lovely Duncan’s Bay Beach. It has well-appointed furnishings in bright rooms, a shared kitchen and free Wi-Fi.

Sweet Sunshine Villa offers air-conditioning in every bedroom, a well equipped shared kitchen and shared living room with cable TV. There are many private lounge areas throughout the villa: the front linea, the well-appointed living room on the main entry floor and the living room upstairs by the mother-daughter double bedroom suite.

The mother/daughter bedroom suite is located up one flight of stairs. It enjoys a private living room with a ceiling fan. Each bedroom is equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a private balcony sea views in the distant. The upstairs bedrooms share a full bath and a private living area .

The full sized bed is located on the main entry floor and it is off in its own private location of the house. This bedroom has it’s own private bathroom. It has a air-conditioning, ceiling fan and a view of the garden and patio.

Free parking is available on site.

Montego Bay International Airport and Dunn’s River Falls are within a 30-minute drive of the property. The lively center of Montego Bay is 35 minutes away.
