Stay in the real heart of Mamaia, only 2 minutes walk from the beach.

Offering a perfect home to spend your vacation in a relaxing atmosphere on the lake shore, only 150 meters from the sandy beach and 200 meters from the Casino Mamaia promenade area where take place the most important entertainment events in summer, but also easy access to the road and to the means of transportation.

The accommodation is set in a new and modern Art Deco building opened in May 2017 in Complex Solid Residence in the real heart of Mamaia, in a quiet and relaxing area. Guests benefit from high-speed Wi-Fi.

Elegantly decorated, the air-conditioned apartment has private balconies offering stunning views of the Siutghiol Lake.

Deluxe Apartment, water-front, has three rooms, two bedrooms, both with king-size double beds, a spacious sunny living room with a leather pull-out sofa bed, a SMART TV Ultra HD and a dining area also with panoramic lake view. Offering individually adjustable air conditioning and a LED-scree TV in each room. The fully-equipped kitchen offers a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, sandwich maker, toaster, a washing machine and an espresso machine. The main bathroom comes with a hairdryer, bidet and a bathtub, and an additional bathroom with a bidet for the other room.

Bed linen, free toiletries and bathroom towels are provided, while self-service laundry and ironing facilities are also available.

The building where the apartment is located is fitted with a elevator, and also features video surveillance. Public parking is available on first come, first served basis, and also a private underground parking is available.

The accomodation is recommended for 6 adults and up to 3 children in existing beds.
