Lake house Gem in the Poconos is nestled in a private wooded community. Enjoy the amenities of modern living with a cabin feel of the wilderness. This three story, 4 Bedroom, 2 bath home with spectacular lakefront views located in the heart of the Poconos.

Brand new 7 person hot tub. Hot tub only available from September to May. Hot tub is closed during the summer months.

Minutes away to Poconos greatest attractions including Kalahari, Camelback mountain, Mt. Airey Casino, Crossings Outlet Center and much more. Enjoy mornings kayaking from a private dock or sunsets while roasting marshmallows on a lakeside fire pit. There is a 4 passenger rowboat , 3 person canoe and 2 kayaks for your group to take out on the lake and enjoy the magnificent scenery. Keep the feel of a cabin and warm up with a natural wood-burning fireplace. The community includes an outdoor swimming pool(seasonal), tennis courts, miniature golf and a beach. This home features 2 LED Flat Screen TV with a built in ROKU player to enjoy on demand shows and movies.The living room overlooks a beautiful 128-acre lake where swimming, fishing & boating are a frequent activity. The kitchen and dining area are completely remodeled with modern style furniture and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped & features a ceramic countertop electric stove. The home offers complimentary Hi-Speed Internet access(Wifi). The dining area also features a two-seat breakfast bar and a tempered glass dining table equipped will all white leather chairs. All bedrooms are fully carpeted with large closeted space for extra storage. There is also a queen-sized sleeper sofa located in the lower level living room for additional sleeping space. The backyard opens to a private deck that overlooks the beautiful 128- acre lake, Lake Carobeth. The backyard contains a gas grill, modern patio furniture, a fire pit for those late evening bon-fires and a dock on your very own private beach. Every detail has been worked out so that you may experience a modern style atmosphere while retaining the feel of the country. All the amenities this home offers will lead to a vacation of comfort, relaxation and great memories!
