You'll love the high end gourmet kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Viking oven, custom cabinetry, cork-lined walls and granite counter tops. Guests are welcome to use the community pool (open late March through October), gas BBQ grill and private boardwalk beach access (with outdoor shower). This condo is conveniently located near Isle of Palms amenities, a few miles from Sullivan's Island restaurants and a short drive to Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. Response from the manager We are sorry you had problems with the air conditioning. By the time it was reported, Friday evening, there was just no way any AC service tech could fix the problem yet that night. It has been very hot for an extended period of time. Perhaps the unit was starting to fail earlier in the week. The AC was repaired the next day. I was glad to be able to coordinate your filing a claim against the optional Travel Protection Policy you purchased so you could be reimbursed for the cost of the Friday night hotel stay. Insurance is for the unexpected.

How do damage deposits work?
