Description

Das Gästehaus-Koblenz ist ein speziell auf größere Belegschaften ausgelegtes Ferienhaus.

Im Erdgeschoss gibt es in 5 Schlafzimmer 12 Einzelbetten, ein sehr großer Wohnbereich, eine große Küche, wo alle Personen gut zusammen sitzen können und von dort aus auch direkt in den hinter dem Haus befindlichen Garten hinaustreten, dort relaxen und grillen können.

Die 3 Wohnungen werden gerne von größeren Gruppen gebucht. Für Familientreffen und auch für Handwerker und Monteure ist das Haus ideal, da das Haus am Anfang zum Koblenzer Gewerbepark steht.

Die Wohnungen in der ersten Etage für 5-7 Personen und in der zweiten Etage von 8-10 Personen werden bei Tripadvisor separat und einzeln beschrieben - siehe entsprechende Werbungen.

Maximal ist das komplette Haus mit Zustellbetten mit bis zu 30 Personen buchbar.

WICHTIGE Informationen:

Hier möchten wir noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher von unserer Wäscherei bearbeitet und gemangelt wird. Unsere Wäscherei berechnet uns für Ihre Arbeit pro Person rund 15 Euro. Sollten Sie keine eigenen Wäsche-Sets zu uns mitbringen, leiten wir lediglich diese Kosten ohne Aufschlag an Sie weiter.

Im Eingabefeld für die Anreisezeit ist es bei Tripadvisor nur möglich den Beginn der Anreisezeit einzugeben, jedoch nicht von wann bis wann. Da wir kein Hotelbetrieb sind, sondern Ferienwohnungen in sieben unterschiedlichen Ferienhäuser anbieten, haben wir auch keine Rezeption. Deshalb, weil unsere Mitarbeiter auch einmal Feierabend haben müssen, ist die Anreisezeitbei uns von 14 – 20 Uhr begrenzt. Können Gäste nur später anreisen, so erklärt sich einer unserer Mitarbeiter bereit auf sein Feierabendbier, oder ein Glas Wein zum Abendessen zu verzichten und Gäste gegen eine Gebühr von 25 Euro auch in der Zeit von 20 – 22 Uhr zu empfangen. Gäste, die noch später anreisen (22 - 24 Uhr), bitten wir um Nachsicht, dass wir dann 50 Euro berechnen müssen.

Kleinkinder bis zu einem Alter von 18 Monaten wohnen bei uns kostenlos. Wird ein Kinderbettchen oder ein Kinderstuhl benötigt, geben Sie uns ein paar Tage vor Anreise Bescheid. Wir stellen Ihnen dann beides gerne - gegen eine kleine Gebühr - zur Verfügung.

Für Gäste, die ihr Auto stehen lassen möchten, können mit dem Bus zur Koblenzer City mit einer direkten Linie fahren. Die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt am Nachbargrundstück.

Bei Verlassen des Hauses und ab 22 Uhr muss die Haustür verschlossen werden.

Haustiere: Erlaubt ist max. 1 Hund - der anzuzeigen ist. Sofa und Betten sind absolut tabu!

Schöne Wohnung, wir waren im Erdgeschoss untergebracht. Mit Garten und Balkon. Sehr sauber. Unkomplizierter Check in und Check out.
