YOUR LIVING SPACE:

Laid out over three floors and set on a tropical hillside our Villa is a spacious four-bedroom home with large living spaces, kitchen and dining facilities, including a BBQ. Relax areas with sun-beds, and formal seating by the infinity swimming pool with Jacuzzi jets. You just can't fail to enjoy the planted terraces coloured lighting at sunset and nightfall.

The living room comes fully furnished including a 60-inch FSTV, DVD and surround sound system. There is a lovely full sofa set here suitable for more than 8 to 12 persons. The fully equipped kitchen and the dining area can cater comfortably for eight dinners.

Four large double on-suite bedrooms with king-sized beds, FSTV, with own facilities, rain showers, WC and wash basins all with splendid views. Two bedrooms opening directly onto the pooled terrace, and on the upper floor two with sea views, the master with a Jacuzzi-bath !

The large private 20m south facing terrace has an infinity “Bali stone” swimming pool, jacuzzi water jets, large floating “fun bean bag” and sun loungers plenty of space for sun worshippers. There is a wonderful shaded sofa seating area for reading, relaxation and enjoying the tropical surroundings.

On the other side is a second outdoor living area surrounded by a walled garden offering the privacy and peace of a tropical garden with an exotic Koi Carp pool and waterfall. Ideal quiet corner for morning breakfasts on the dining table and chairs, or parties next to the BBQ. On the lower floor is a large games room including Pool table, Tennis table, Darts, and Weights & bench!

EXTRA SERVICES:

Extra cleaning is available on request at 1000 Thai Baht per time + cost of laundry.

Getting around

HIRE CARS: This is commonly done when staying. We recommend cars over scooter for safely. The general cost to hire is 1,400 to 1,800 Thai Baht for family cars. A larger 4WD will cost up to 2,500 Thai Baht depending on the season. There are possibly cheaper providers at the airport, but please read the conditions of rental. Scooters rent normally from 200 Baht to 300 Baht per day. Their is some risk riding the Koh Samui roads due to sand and uneven surfaces. Please be careful and wear the helmets provided.

This is a private residence and will be your private home during your stay. We'll personally greet you upon arrival so we can give you the keys and answer questions. After that we're available via phone or email if you need anything. We can give you tips on what to do, and who to ask for information of trips, tours and the best bits of Koh Samui

House rules

1.) No smoking inside the villa. Smoking outside on the terraces is fine.
2.) Turn off the Air Conditioner when leaving the room. - Save the environment or you pay for it with the electricity bill at the end of your stay.
3.) Please put away food to avoid attracting insects. We are in the tropics and we have things like ants and roaches that do appear when you encourage them to come.
4) Please do not put tissue in the toilet bowl as it will block.
5) Please keep the noise down after 10:30pm.
