Im Ferienhaus-Uni-Koblenz gibt es 3 Ferienwohnungen.

Hier wird die Wohnung UNI-3 dargestellt. Dieses Haus ist nur wenige Minuten von der Universität-Koblenz-Landau, dem bekannten Bundeswehr Krankenhaus und dem Koblenzer Stadtstrand an der Mosel entfernt. Ferner ist ein großes Bowling Center fast fußläufig entfernt und im Nachbarortsteil befindet sich eine sehr gute Kart Bahn.

Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Bäcker, Fleischer, Lebensmittellladen gibt es auch nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Zur Koblenzer City fahren Sie mit dem Auto ca. 10 Minuten, oder mit dem Bus in direkter Linie haben Sie nur 50 Meter vom Haus entfernt die Bushaltestelle.

Unsere Gäste haben neben ihrer Wohnung auch noch einen kleinen nett dekorierten und mit Gartenmöbel bestückten Innenhof als zusätzliches "Wohnzimmer" bei schönem Wetter nutzbar.

WICHTIGE Informationen:

Hier möchten wir noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher von unserer Wäscherei bearbeitet und gemangelt wird. Unsere Wäscherei berechnet uns für Ihre Arbeit pro Person rund 15 Euro. Sollten Sie keine eigenen Wäsche-Sets zu uns mitbringen, leiten wir lediglich diese Kosten ohne Aufschlag an Sie weiter.

Im Eingabefeld für die Anreisezeit ist es bei Tripadvisor nur möglich den Beginn der Anreisezeit einzugeben, jedoch nicht von wann bis wann. Da wir kein Hotelbetrieb sind, sondern Ferienwohnungen in sieben unterschiedlichen Ferienhäuser anbieten, haben wir auch keine Rezeption. Deshalb, weil unsere Mitarbeiter auch einmal Feierabend haben müssen, ist die Anreisezeitbei uns von 14 – 20 Uhr begrenzt. Können Gäste nur später anreisen, so erklärt sich einer unserer Mitarbeiter bereit auf sein Feierabendbier, oder ein Glas Wein zum Abendessen zu verzichten und Gäste gegen eine Gebühr von 25 Euro auch in der Zeit von 20 – 22 Uhr zu empfangen. Gäste, die noch später anreisen (22 - 24 Uhr), bitten wir um Nachsicht, dass wir dann 50 Euro berechnen müssen.

Fahrradservice: Wir halten ca. 25 Fahrräder für unsere Gäste bereit. Das Verleihen von Fahrräder soll nur ein reiner Service an unseren Gästen sein. Trotzdem müssen wir eine kleine Tagesgebühr von 6,95 Euro berechnen, da wir durch diese Einnahmen die Kosten für das Einkaufen von beispielsweise einem Fahrradschlauch, ab und an einmal eines neuen Sattels, eines abgebrochenen Fahrradständers etc. einkaufen können. Sie finden bei uns auch immer etwas Werkzeug zum richtigen Einstellen beispielsweise der Sattelhöhe passend zu Ihrer Größe. Wir bitten um Entschuldigung, dass wir in diesem geringen Ausleihpreis keine Möglichkeit der weiteren Hilfe haben. Sollte am Fahrrad während Ihrer Nutzung etwas kaputt gegangen sein, so bitten wir Sie uns dies auch ehrlich mitzuteilen, damit das Fahrrad wieder repariert werden kann, bevor es der nächste Gast übernimmt.

Für Kleinkinder bis zu einem Alter von 18 Monaten berechnen wir keinen Mietbetrag. Wir jedoch ein Kinderbettchen aus Holz, oder ein Kinderstuhl benötigt, so können Sie Beides gegen eine kleine Gebühr sehr gerne bei uns ausleihen.
