Dieses Apartment (60 qm) besteht aus einem großen, hellen und gemütlich eingerichteten Wohnraum mit einer vollausgestatteten Küchenzeile und einem Essbereich für 4 Personen plus Schreibtisch, einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten, sowie einem Vollbad mit einer Badewanne und einer separater Duschkabine.

Zur Ausstattung des Apartments gehört u.a. eine Geschirrspülmaschine, ein Flachbildfernseher (SAT-TV) und Internetzugang per W-Lan. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett stehen unseren Gästen im Keller des Hauses gemeinschaftlich zur Verfügung.

Auf Wunsch erhalten Sie von uns einen elektrischen Grill, den Sie auf Terrasse im Garten hinter dem Haus nutzen können.

Parkmöglichkeiten für Ihren PKW finden Sie auf unserem privaten Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus gegen geringe Gebühr (5 Euro / Nacht).

Im Haus befinden sich noch 5 weitere Ferienappartements.

WICHTIGE Informationen:

Hier möchten wir noch einmal darauf hinweisen, dass die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher nicht im Gesamtpreis enthalten sind. Da viele Gäste lieber in der eigenen Bettwäsche schlafen oder auch einfach nur die Kosten der Wäscherei einsparen möchten, haben wir diesen Posten nicht mit in den Gesamtpreis einberechnet. Sie können sich die Wäschesets jedoch gerne bei uns gegen eine kleine Gebühr i.H.v. 15 € pro Wäscheset ausleihen.

Für Kleinkinder bis zu einem Alter von 18 Monaten berechnen wir keinen Mietbetrag. Wird ein Kinderbettchen oder ein Kinderstuhl benötigt, so können Sie beides sehr gerne gegen eine kleine Gebühr bei uns ausleihen.

Anreise:

Im Eingabefeld für die Anreisezeit ist es bei Tripadvisor nur möglich den Beginn der Anreisezeit 14 Uhr einzugeben, jedoch nicht bis wann. Da wir kein Hotelbetrieb sind, sondern Ferienwohnungen in sieben unterschiedlichen Ferienhäuser anbieten, haben wir auch keine Rezeption. Eine persönliche Gastannahme durch unsere Mitarbeiter erfolgt bis spätestens 20 Uhr. Für später anreisende Gäste haben wir eine Schlüsselbox.

Auf jeden Fall sollten Sie sich für die Schlüsselübergabe 1-2 Tage vor Anreise mit uns verabreden.

Ruhezeiten: Aufgrund unmittelbarer Nähe zur Nachbarschaft bitten wir die Ruhezeiten von 13-15 Uhr und besonders von 22-08 Uhr einzuhalten.
Bei Verlassen des Hauses und ab 22 Uhr muss die Haustür verschlossen werden.

Haustiere: Erlaubt ist max. 1 Hund - der anzuzeigen ist. Sofa und Betten sind absolut tabu!
