Description
Our duplex penthouse is very well suited for families with children, golf players as well as people just wishing to enjoy their holidays in a relaxing setting in a peaceful atmosphere. There are 3 swimming pools and a children's pool, table tennis, paddle tennis and the gated community has 24/7 security guards.
The 3 bedroom and 3 bathroom penthouse has lovely sea views and it totals 200 sqm which consist of 120 sqm living areas and 80 sqm wraparound terrace on two separate floors. Master bedroom (1 king size bed) upstairs has an ensuite bathroom with spa, a separate lounge area and a secluded balcony with seaviews.The two bedrooms downstairs (1 with king size bed, 1 with 2 single beds) have their own bathrooms each. The kitchen is fully equipped (fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine,iron etc.). Dining area has place for dining for 6 people. The terrace has a covered pergola, BBQ, dining table, sun loungers and lounge chairs. The apartment is easy to access by elevator from gate, pool and garage levels.
The penthouse is within only 10 minutes walking distance to the marina of Puerto de la Duquesa filled with bars, cafes, various kitchens and excellent seafood restaurants by the beach promenade. The resort complex is within 5 min walk to nearby bars and shops at Monte Duquesa .
The family friendly beaches have crystal clear water, playgrounds and lovely promenades for walking, jogging or even cycling. A full range of water sports and beach activities from fishing to kayaking are available at the marina. The castle Castillo de la Duquesa nearby hosts exhibitions and cultural events.
Nearest lively town of San Luis de Sabinillas is within 5 minutes drive or 20 minutes walking distance via the beach promenade. Estepona and Sotogrande are within 15 mins drive. Within half an hour you can find yourself shopping or dining in Marbella or Puerto Banus. Meet the monkeys or shop tax-free in Gibraltar at the end of Europe (40 min drive). The new motorways give easy access to the main airports (Malaga, Gibraltar and Jerez) and make roadtrips easy to the famous Andalucian towns of Sevilla Jerez de la Frontera, Cadiz or Granada. The Romantic city of Ronda is 70 km away. The closest white village of Casares is only 20 km away.
There are about 30 golf courses in the area from world class courses like Valderrama in Sotogrande to more affordable ones. Duquesa Golf and Country club is within a short walking distance.

“Excellent apartment with great views of the sea and mountains.”
The location was great, 5 minutes from the sea.The apartment had everything we needed for our holiday , great gardens and nice swimming pools. We would definitely book again.
