Description

Restored in 2016, a 19th-century granary Barn Dadaj Mazury with a 140 square-meter year-round living area. Located in the village of Nasy on the hill with an unlimited view of the lake Dadaj on a plot of 1 hectare (3 acres) with a coastline of 40 meters and direct access to a clean lake. A private beach with a swimming area and a pier, kayak and canoe, a playground with swings, a sandbox and a tree house. The area surrounded by meadows and old trees is far from other buildings to ensure full privacy. A luxury summer option for families, friends and business trips.

Three double bedrooms (beds: 2 single, 1 double, 2 single) with the possibility of two extra beds, each with its own bathroom and built-in wardrobes. The living room has 2 sofas for four people that can use the 4th bathroom. The maximum number of adults and children is 11 people in 8 beds and 2 extra folding beds.

The kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave also has a breakfast table. The living room with two sofas and armchairs has a wood-burning fireplace and a flat-screen TV.

A separate spacious 5-meter high loft with a dining table for 14 people with large corner windows overlooking the lake is also glazed inward into the open space with exposed beams of the granary. In addition, there is an unheated space of 50 m2 with 10 meters high ceiling, open to the whole granary, with seats and swings - ideal for cloudy days.

The village of Nasy near Biskupiec (formerly Bischofsburg ) is located between Olsztyn (30 km), Węgorzewo (30 km) and Szczytno (40 km). Lake Dadaj with an area of 1000 ha has several islands and is ideally suited for sailing, bird watching and fishing (info grolsztyn.pl). The marina, a water equipment rental and an elegant restaurant are located 1.5 km away. Shops are within 2km, swimming pools and spa -6 km, supermarkets, a cinema and library in Biskupiec -7 km. There are 300 km of cycling paths in the area and 47 km of canoeing.

Guests have access to the whole area, a pier with a swimming area, kayak and canoe, two bicycles, bbq grill, two campfires, two terraces and garden furniture. Inside there is a TV and fireplace. For children there is a playground with swings, a sandbox, a tree house, and a hut. In addition, there are more swings and other games in the open part of the granary.

Important: Minimum 5 days rental. Has to finish or start on Saturday e.g. Tuesday-Saturday. Discount for 7 days stay. Guest pays for the electricity according to the meter reading. Maximum two pets with an additional fee of 150 PLN per pet per stay. A house keeper lives in a nearby village. First contact by mail.
