The apartment is located in the luxurious and modern condominium "Club House Moon " with all the facilities of a 5 stars hotel, in the exclusive and very secure residential "urbanización el club el Golf los Inkas , Camacho, limit of two important districts La Molina-Surco ", the finishes are of luxury with wood floor, marble, and white quartz, porcelain in kitchen and terrace floor, noise proof windows, electric curtain in the large livingroom.
• Two elevators with direct access to the department ( the principal and the service ) and two emergency staircases.
• A spacious dining and living room with exclusive and imported furnitures , ecological fireplace, big tv set ( 65” ), terrace with a wonderful view of the exclusive golf los inkas court. Tv cable- Internet WiFi, Netflix.
• Small entertainment room with electric fireplace, Tv set 55” , Tv cable-internet WiFi, Netflix

• One small simple bedroom ( single small bed) with shower and without closet, without Tv set.
Laundry room (washer and dryer machine for clothes, it is free of payment in one chance when the booking is for more than 5 days ) , 02 underground garages beside to the elevators. Likewise, there is a small underground deposit close to one of the garages on the basement.
Apartment with all the luxuries for executives, tourist, or families preferably with no young children, otherwise we shall require a commitment or warranty for the expensive and luxurious goods.
